Genesis Care Network, LLC ("we," "us") is a Michigan Home Help Agency based in Okemos, Michigan. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, social media pages, ads, phone calls and text messages, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a contact or caregiver application form, respond to one of our ads (including Facebook and Instagram lead forms), call us, email us or text us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, county, and the relationship between you and the person you care for. If you go on to enroll as a caregiver, we collect the additional information needed for employment, background checks, payroll and Michigan Home Help enrollment.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers use cookies and similar tools to collect information such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, the site that referred you and general location. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, and the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads.
Health information. Please don't send us medical details through our website forms, social media messages or text messages. We'll collect the information needed to coordinate care through secure channels after we speak with you.

Text Messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about your inquiry, application and caregiver enrollment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of employment or of receiving services.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
With the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) and related state systems, as needed to enroll caregivers and deliver Home Help services
With service providers who help us run our business, such as our scheduling and applicant tracking system, payroll provider, background check provider, website host and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
With advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, in the limited form of website activity data used to measure ads
When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, caregivers and others

Texts: reply STOP to any message.
Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.

Access or deletion: contact us to ask what information we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. Some records must be kept to meet employment and Medicaid program requirements.
How We Protect and Keep Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law and Michigan Home Help program rules.
Children
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.
